The Medal of Honor Memorial was designed to pay tribute to two Greenup County, Kentucky, 
Medal of Honor recipients, John W. Collier and Ernest E. West.
The memorial is located at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East, Greenup, Kentucky.
