When Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation decided to build an underground tunnel connecting its old offices 
with its new technical facility, Griendling was commissioned to produce an artwork celebrating Colonel Sanders and 
his lifelong dedication to children. This site-specific sculpture is located in the center of KFC's connecting tunnel 
and is representative of Griendling's collaborative efforts with KFC's project architect and the facilities planner.
